Positions - Project Officers

INSULEUR is seeking to recruit full-time or part-time Project Officers to work on advocacy issues (drafting of positions papers) and on the implementation of European projects (prepare the terms of reference for the activities together with the other staff of INSULEUR (development of content and methodology of the activities), organise procurement processes in cooperation with the project financial officer, organise the implementation of the activities (in person and/or online),  monitor the implementation of activities (either online or in person), promote activities of communication, draft activities reports in line with projects requirements.  

Requirements:

 

• Higher Education Degree
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• A good experience in event organization and management
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar tools Communication skills
• Strong organisational capacity and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work both in a team or autonomously, and to appreciate and follow priorities.
• Availability to travel 
• Professional experience in supporting SMEs, for their participation in international activities to access new markets (participation in international Exhibitions, organization of B2B meetings, implementation of business plans for SME extroversion)

• Foreign languages: excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a special qualification.
• Post-graduate degrees relevant to the needs of the position will be considered as a special qualification.

The employees will work five days, full-time or part-time with teleworking.  When needed, he/she can be asked to use an Office at an INSULEUR member Chamber.
